At the beginning your upkeep, look at the top card of your library. If that card is a land that can produce {u}, you may put it onto the battlefield under an opponent's control.
If you do, you may deal 2 damage to a creature that opponent controls. At the end of that opponent's next turn, that land is exiled and re-enters the battlefield under your control.
