Once per turn, during your pre-combat main phase, you
may look at the top card of your library. If that card is a basic land, you may put it onto the battlefield under an opponent's control. I you do, Sokka deals 2 damage to a creature that opponent controls. At the end of that opponent's next pre-combat main phase, exile that land
and put it back onto the battlefield under your control.
