+2: This creature gains an extra loyalty counter for every other sort of counter in play. (eg: +1/+1, poison, charge, etc.)
-2: Exile target creature, put a Black Sun counter on that creature's controler.
-7: Players with Black Sun counters discard their hands and take damage equal to the total amount of cards discarded this way.
