Solar Flare

Solar Flare has a casting value of 8. If
successfully cast, pick a point on the battlefield
within 10" of the caster and visible to them.
If there is an endless spell at that point, it is
dispelled, and if there is a unit at that point, roll
a number of dice equal to the number of models
in that unit. For each 6+, that unit suffers 1
mortal wound. In addition, until your next hero
phase, subtract 2 from casting, dispelling and
unbinding rolls for wizards within 12" of
that point.
