While Solaris, Son of Nil is on the battlefield no Stars cannot gain time counters or charge counters
Pay {4}{r/w}{r/w}{e}{e} add a Star land token with "{t} add {w},{r},{b}, or{e} to your mana pool" onto the battlefield under your control
whenever a star enters the battlefield add a +1/+1 counter onto Solaris
When Solaris leaves the Battlefield, exile all token land
