Solemn Lament

When Solemn Lament enters the battlefield, each
opponent gains 10 life.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
put a verse counter on Solemn Lament, then
choose a card name. Search target opponent's
graveyard, hand, and library for up to four cards
with that name and exile them. Repeat this
process for every verse counter on Solemn
Lament. Targeted players shuffle their libraries,
then draw a card for each card exiled from their
hand this way.
