Solemn Watcher

Players plays with the top card of their library revealed.
Whenever you would draw a card, you may instead put the top card of your library on the bottom of it. If you do, each opponent does it aswell.
Whenever a card with a clearness ability becomes the top card of your library, you may draw a card.
