When a permanent an opponent owns would go into the graveyard from anywhere, you may pay {g}{w}{u} to gain control of it. As long as you control a permanent an opponent owns, that opponent cannot cast spells that target a permanent they own, but don't control. That player may choose to tap a creature they control whose mana cost is equal to that permanent to
gain control of that permanent.
