Cumulative upkeep - Pay 1 life.
When Solitary Confinement enters the
battlefield choose a player. That player can't
cast spells from their hand. At the beginning of
their upkeep they may search their library for a
basic land and put it into play.
If you do not pay the upkeep, exile Solitary Confinement. The chosen player takes an
extra turn.
