At the beginning of your upkeep, return all
creatures except target creature to thier owners
hand. For each creature returned to thier owners
hand add that amount of {u} to your manapool
and you may draw up to that many cards.
As long as you control exactly one creature, your opponents may not cast creature spells.
Blue mana does not empty from your manapool.
