Roll a six-sided die. If you roll even, add
three {u}. If you roll odd, drain three {u}. (Remove three {u} from your mana pool. If
you do not have enough, the next time you add {u}, it is removed from your mana pool. Do this until three {u} is removed in total.)
Dammit, what did I do wrong? Why is it blue?
