Limited Use: Only valid during Land Rush
Description: The Sooners were sneaky in getting into
the Unassigned Lands early and claiming lots before
the Land Run started. Be careful and sneaky or you
may get caught...
Abilities: Can sneak in and claim land early in the
land rush. If caught, must build your homestead
in complete silence.Success = bonus of 100 XP to
each squad member.
