Soul Eater

This dagger stores the soul of anyone killed
by it. As an action you can consume the soul.
Once a soul is consumed, roll a d20. If the
result is 10 or higher, the soul grants a
positive effect. If it is below, it grants a
negative effect.
The effect is based on the soul inside.
