Soul Factory

whenever a creature is put into the graveyard from anywhere, add a soul
counter to Soul Factory.
Remove a soul counter: add {b}/{r}.
Remove two soul counters: put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
Remove three soul counters: return a creature from your graveyard to you hand.
