enter the battlefield under your control, scry 1.
{1}{w}, {t}, : Reveal the top card of your library. If
it's a permanent card and if you control less permanents that share a permanent type with it
than an opponent, put that card into your hand.
Otherwise, put it on the bottom of your library
then scry 1.
