Soul Gathering Lamp

{t} Exile target creature from a graveyard and
attach it to Soul Gathering Lamp. If Soul
Gathering Lamp is untapped while target
creature is attached to it, remove the creature
card from the game permanently.
At the end of each of your turn, lose 1 life and
put a Soul counter on Soul Gathering Lamp.
When there are Soul counters equivalent to
the casting cost of the creature, remove all
Soul counters and summon the creature.
