Soul Harvest

Exile up to two target creatures from opponent's graveyards. For each creature exiled this way, Ratlantis, Soul Stealer, King of Rats gets a +1/+1 counter and gains an additional ability of your choice from the exiled creatures until end of turn.
With a wave of Ratlantis's staff, the fallen are rendered powerless, their essences fueling his dominion.
