Soul of Cinder

When Soul of Cinder enters the battlefield,
you may either:
• Get an emblem that says: "Whenever
you cast a noncreature spell, you may exile a
card in your graveyard and cast that spell again,
and you may choose new targets for the spell"
• Pay {r/w} and revive a card from your
graveyard, but it only lasts in the battlefield
as long as Soul of Cinder is on the
battlefield.
