Use this Stratagem in your Shooting phase, when
a THOUSAND SONS unit from your army is selected to shoot. Until the end of the phase, soulreaper cannons models in that unit are
equipped with gain the following ability: "Each
time an attack is made with this weapon against a
unit that contains 11 or more models, make 2 hit
rolls instead of 1".
