Whenever a creature with -1/-1 counter on it dies,
put a soul counter on Soul Snatcher.
Whenever Soul Snatcher deals combat damage to
a player, you may return target creture card with
mana value less than the number of soul counter
on Soul Snatcher to the battlefiled under your
control. Then remove all soul counters
from the Soul Snatcher.
