-X: Deal X damage to target permanent or player, if the victim is not a creature or player destroy it. If you us this on a creature its permanent.
-10: Take X damage-Draw 10 cards and make a separate hand. Flip a coin each turn, if heads play the top card if tails play bottom no mana required.
