Soul Tithe

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, you may put a soul counter on Soul Tithe.
{t}: Remove a soul counter from Soul Tithe
and put it on target creature.
Creatures with soul counters on them can't attack or block unless their controller pays 2 life for each soul counter on them.
