Soul Twisting

When Soul Twisting enters the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to any target. Creature cards in your hand with mana value 4 or less have Implant {r}. (You may discard that card for it’s Implant cost. The next creature spell you cast that turn gains that creature’s text as it enters the battlefield.)
