Soul Vessel cannot have more than 1 Soul counter
on it, or 0 if it has less than 3 Fragment counters.
Sacrifice a Vessel Fragment: Put a Fragment
counter on Soul Vessel.
Remove a Soul counter: Put a Soul counter on
the equipped creature.
Remove a Soul counter from the equipped
creature: Put a Soul counter on Soul Vessel.
