Soul Wraith

When Soul Wraith enters the battlefield, you
may return up to one target creature to its owner's
hand. It's controller can't cast spells with the
same name as that spell unless they discard a card
until the beginning of their next end step.
He envies the living, and so he chases them back into
their homes so that he might enjoy the world to himself.
