Soul's Secret

When Soul's Secret enters the battlefield, choose
an opponent.
You may look at the chosen player's hand, the
top card of their library, and any face-down
cards they control on the battlefield or own in
exile.
At the beginning of the chosen player's upkeep,
you may sacrifice Soul's Secret. When you do,
investigate, then that player shuffles their library.
