As an additional cost to cast Soulsmithing, sacrifice a creature.
Until end of turn, artifact spells you cast and equip costs you pay cost {x} less, where X is
the sacrificed creature's power.
Some weaponsmiths of Relkan have found alternate methods to forge their masterwork.
