Soulsnare Arrows

Whenever a Creature with Soulsnare Arrows equipped deals damage to a creature an opponent controls, put that many -1/-1 counters on that creature and that many +1/+1 counters on equipped creature.
Whenever a creature with Soulsnare Arrows equipped deals damage to a player, that player loses that much life and you gain that much life.
