At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one:
• Dominate - Target nonland permanent loses all abilities until end of turn. This effect lasts as that card moves between zones. Then exile it.
• Restore - Return target nonland permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield. You gain 3 life.
