Sparkle, Masked Fool

Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, reveal cards from the
top of your library until you reveal a nonland card, exile it with a Masked Fool counter.

Whenever one or more creatures you control attack
a player, you may sacrifice an attacking creature.
Then choose a spell you control in exile with a Masked Fool counter on it at random. Cast the chosen spell if able without paying its mana cost.
