Spatium the Infinite

+2: For each color, return a nonland permanent you don't control to its owners hand. If you do, that permanents controller draws a card.
-3: Spatium the infinite phases out. When it phases in, draw a card and target creature takes 2 damage, target player loses 2 life, and gain 2 life.
-12: Search your library for any number of cards with different color combinations. You may cast them without paying their mana costs.
