Speak No Evil
When Speak No Evil comes into play, put 3 time counters on it.
At the beginning of each upkeep, remove a time counter from Speak
No Evil. When there are no more time counters on Speak No Evil,
Exile it.
Black Instant, Sorcery, Creature, and Enchantment spells cannot be
cast. Players who control black permanents cannot attack or
block.
