If a True Artist is not under your control, you may sacrifice Specialty of True Artists, if you do search your library for a True Artist, place it in on the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.

At the beggining of your endstep deal X damage to a random creature not under your control where X is the number of Lotus counter on the battlefield.
