Spectacle of the Ring

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, you may cheer. If you do, that
creature gets +1/+1 and gains haste until end of turn.
(To cheer, you must shout in support of the
creature as it enters the battlefield.)
At the beginning of your end step, if three or more creatures you control attacked this turn, draw a card.
This represents the strategic planning and payoff of watching expert maneuvers.
