This artifact must be purchased by the entire Classcraft population.
Each avatar must pay 100GP.
Risk: If the population is silent for the entire
class and completes their work,
each avatar will double their GP, earn 30 minutes
of free time, and be eligible to purchase a
Party Burst Artifact.
