Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery
spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Spell Forged.
When Spell Forged dies, return an instant
or sorcery spell with converted mana cost
less than or equal to the number of +1/+1
counters on Spell Forged to your hand.
It stores the storm.
