Spell Harvesting

When you counter a spell, exile the countered spell with a harvest counter on it. You may cast spells from exile with harvest counters as if they had flash. You can spend mana of any color to cast these spells. If the spell was a permanent, they enter the battlefield with a finality counter on them under your control.
