Counter Target Spell. If that spell is countered this way, Spell Shiv deals damage to each creature of that spell's controller equal to the countered spell's converted mana cost.
Dextarity 2 -- If as you play this card there are exactly 2 cards named spell shiv in your graveyard, then instead deal double the damage to each creature of that spell's controller and draw a card.
