turn, they may draw a card. As long as its your
turn instants and sorceries cost {1} less to cast.

-Return an instant from your graveyard or exile to
your hand
- Return a sorcery from your graveyard or exile to
your hand
-Target instant or sorcery gains flashback until
end of turn
