Spell String - Dispel

This magical string hums with a magical note, resonating with potent spell energy, reading to be released into the world. A string may be attached
to or removed from an instrument as an action.
When attached to a Bardic instrument, you can
use an action to cast Dispel. Once the instrument has been used to cast this spell it can't be used to cast this spell again until the next dawn.

save DC.
