Spell Thief

When Spell Thief enters the battlefield choose an instant or sorcery in a graveyard, exile, or on the stack that you don't own and exile it.
{u}{r}, {t}: Copy the exiled card and cast the copy without paying it's mana cost, if the exiled card is a sorcery activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.
