When Scrap Worker enters the battlefield, you
may return target Instant or Sorcery card from
your graveyard into your hand.
Overheat: Scrap Worker gets +2/-2 and has
haste. (After you cast 3 spells, you are Overheated
until your next upkeep. When Overheated ends, take
1 damage for each spell with Overheat you casted
while Overheated.)
