Spellbook Savant enters the battlefield with two glow counters on it.
Glow (Whenever you cast a spell, put a glow counter on this permanent. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a glow counter from this permanent.)
Remove X glow counters from Spellbook Savant: Search your library for a spell with converted mana cost X or less, reveal it, and put it in your hand. Then shuffle your library.
