Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
put a charge counter on Spelljar.

Sacrifice Spelljar: Return target instant or
sorcery spell with converted mana cost equal
to or less then the amount of charge counters
on Spelljar from your graveyard to your hand
then draw a card.
