Spellsquanderer enters the battlefield under the control of an opponent of your choice.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, reveal the top cards of your library until you reveal an instant or sorcery card. Put that
card in your graveyard and put the other revealed cards on the bottom of your library in any order.
