Spellthief's Gambit

Target player reveals their hand. You
choose an Instant or Sorcery spell from it
and exile it. Until end of turn, you may cast that card, and may spend red mana as if it
were mana of any type to play it. At the beginning of the End Step, if you have not
cast that card, return it to its owner's hand.
