Spelltrap Witch

{u}{t}: Counter target spell. If a spell is countered this way, exile it instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard, then put a -0/-1 counter on Spelltrap Witch.
When Spelltrap Wtich leaves play, put a copy of each spell exiled with Spelltrap Witch onto the stack under its owner's control in the order they were exiled. Their owners determine new targets for each spell.
