When Spencer, On the Hunt Enters the battlefield target creature an opponent controls get's
a +1/+1 counter then take control of target creature you
don't control until your next end step, untap it and it gains haste. If Spencer, On the Hunt would be put into your graveyard from anywhere,
put him on the bottom of your deck instead. If Spencer,
On the Hunt would be put into exile, put him on the top
of your deck instead.
