Sperg Out

At the beginning of each players upkeep step that player reveals the cards from the top of
his or her library until a land is revealed. For each non land permanent revealed this way
that player may choose to lose 3 life or sacrifice a creature. Cards revealed this way
are shuffled back into the library.
