in exile have remember {x}{u}{u}, where X is equal
to the mana value of that card's flashback cost.
(You may cast this card from exile for its remember
cost. Then shuffle it in your library.)
The first time each turn you cast a spell from
exile, you may exile a card that shares a color
with that spell from your hand. If you do, scry 1,
then draw a card.
